When will my order be shipped out?

Your order is usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours.  However, we are not able to ship out your orders on Sundays.  If you place you order on a Saturday, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.

 

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped out from Southern California.  The regular shipping transit time ranging from 3 to 7 days depending on the shipping location. 

However, carries are having unpredictable delays due to the pandemic COVID-19.  We will keep a close eye monitoring the delivery status and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

Can you ship outside of USA?

Sorry, we currently do not ship orders outside of United States.
